The capacity of the Hall is 40-50 People Max.
Outside Catering Not Allowed. Lunch and dinner to be catered by Deccan Gymkhana Restaurant. Liquor Allowed from Deccan Gymkhana Restaurant/Bar.
Liquor Service Charge of Rs 1000/- shall be additional.
Parking Facility with Passes from Reception for functions in the duration of 09.00 AM to 04.00 PM shall be allowed in the Deccan Gymkhana
SOUND/MUSIC SYSTEMS, HOM-HAWAN are NOT ALLOWED on the Terrace.
Refund on cancellation- Cancellation or Postponement of Reservation for any reason will not be accepted in any circumstances and the amount paid will be forfeited.

>2 days = no refund.
Any misconduct by the guest or non-adherence to the rules and regulations of the Deccan Gymkhana clubhouse, the resident members will be held responsible.
