Airy, Fully Open Terrace Banquet Hall is available for Party/Function offering versatile options to suit your requirement at Deccan Gymkhana is a new attraction at New Sports Complex at Deccan Gymkhana.
The Open Terrace accommodates around 200 to 250+ People for a party or function. The Hall can be booked at Club House Reception with a mail request on accommodation.dg@gmail.com.
Open Terrace Banquet Hall can be booked under Member Reference & also can be booked by Outsider.
The arrangements of chairs, tables, and catering will be offered by Deccan Gymkhana. Any customized requirement needs to be catered by the booking member/guest itself. References can be provided.
Open Terrace Banquet Hall should be booked with Full Advance Payment as follows:- Capacity of Hall is 200-250 People Max.
For Members or Booking Under Member Reference:-
04 Hours Slot Rs 11800/- (Inclusive of Taxes)
For Outsiders / Guest without Member Reference)
04 Hours Slot Rs 23600/- (Inclusive of Taxes)
Security Deposit shall be charged additionally with Hall Rent which will be Rs 2500/-. Cleaning charges shall be incurred additionally with Rs 1000/-.
Any Loss/ Damage in the Hall shall be charged from the deposit before Vacating the Hall.
Outside Catering is allowed and shall be informed at the time of booking. Liquor Not Allowed. (Member can get Liquor License for 01 Day and submit at the Office to use the facility. Corkage of Rs 1000/- shall be added to the Hall Rates. Beer & Cold Drinks should be taken from DG restaurant Only)
The Parking Facility with Passes from Reception for functions shall be provided subject to availability.
Halogens/Extra Lights if required for Function, Video Shooting shall be charged as per meter reading and at actuals.
Loud Music Not Allowed (Not Above 53 Decibel). Music till 10.00 PM is allowed only.
Refund on cancellation- Cancellation or Postponement of Reservation for any reason will not be accepted in any circumstances and the amount paid will be forfeited.
If informed before
>7 days = 90% refund.
> 3 to 7 days = 50% refund.
> 2 days = no refund.
Any misconduct by the guest or not adhering to rules and regulations of Deccan Gymkhana Clubhouse, the host will be held responsible.
